Labrador Rescue South Africa is dedicated to rescuing and rehoming Labradors and Labrador crossbreeds from difficult situations.
Whether abandoned, surrendered, or found in unsafe environments, our tireless volunteers ensure each dog receives safety, rehabilitation, and the love and care they deserve.
Through responsible adoption and ongoing support from our volunteers and donors, we give every Labrador a true second chance – ensuring no dog is left behind.
Rescue
We rescue Labradors and Labrador crossbreeds from difficult situations, providing them with safety, care, and a second chance at life. Our dedicated volunteers work tirelessly to rescue dogs in need, whether they are abandoned, surrendered, or found in unsafe environments. We ensure every dog is given the love and attention they deserve while awaiting their forever home.
Rehabilitate
Many of our rescues arrive scared, hurt, or in need of medical attention. We provide them with the necessary veterinary care, behavioural training, and emotional support to help them heal and trust again. Our team of qualified behaviourists and compassionate volunteers work patiently to rehabilitate each dog, ensuring they are ready to thrive in a loving home.
Rehome
Our mission is to find the perfect home for every dog in our care. We carefully match each Labrador with a loving family that suits their personality, needs, and energy level. Through thorough home checks, meet and greets, and continuous support, we ensure a seamless transition for both the dog and their new family. Every adoption is a celebration of a new beginning.
